Better than the box cornbread!


I made a small tweak to a regular cornbread mix by adding a half can of creamed corn and… OMG – it was SO good!!

The bread was moist and delicious, and had flavorful nuggets of corn throughout.  You have to try it!

Finally, I topped the cornbread with pads of butter.  This was delicious, but when I make this again, I think I’ll melt the butter first and pour it over the top of the mixture instead so the buttery taste is in every bite!  Paula Dean be proud  :)
